Székely Family and Co. Nonprofit Kft. (SFC) and General Mechatronics Ltd. (GM) colleagues recently held a productive on-site workshop with the National Tax and Customs Administration of Hungary (NTCA) at their Budapest office, bringing the project team together to align on goals, roles, and next steps.
The session opened with an introduction to project management principles and workflows, establishing a shared understanding of how the project will be structured and delivered. This was followed by an open discussion on individual contributions, helping to clarify responsibilities and foster active collaboration across teams.
Participants also reviewed the customs case studies collected to date, validating findings and identifying user needs. Workflows for different customs procedures were mapped, along with regulatory requirements. To conclude, the group jointly defined the agenda for the upcoming guided tour at the border crossing point, ensuring the visit will be well-structured and aligned with the project’s objectives. This will enable the team to gather critical input for the PACK design phase.
Overall, the on-site discussion marked an important step forward in transforming planning into coordinated action.
